Thomas M. Budinick

Tom has expertise in human resources and executive recruiting. He began his career with The Pillsbury Company in the area of training and development, and then he became involved in the Company’s management recruitment efforts.

In 1988, Tom joined Professional Career Development (PCD), leading the firm’s Financial Services Division. In 1989, Tom along with a partner formed Austin Henley and Company, which provided senior level retained executive search services to such corporations as: Exxon, Monsanto, MCI, PepsiCo and Ralston Purina.

Tom has led workshops on the subject of recruitment for several Fortune 500 companies, and has lectured at the University of Missouri and Webster University. He has been featured in Inc. Magazine for his work in Organizational and Human Resource Management. Tom has also received recognition for his ability to combine technology with time-tested search techniques to deliver the best candidates within the fastest cycle times.

Tom has successfully started six different companies and is a member of The World Entrepreneur Organization (WEO). He serves on the WEO Board of Directors and is the current membership chair in charge of recruitment.

For Lobbyist Source, Tom assists in both temporary and/or permanent placement of professionals in the areas of government relations, public affairs and lobbying.
